Thuy Linh Stops at Vietnam Open Before 19-Year-Old Chinese Talent

Within just a few weeks, Nguyen Thuy Linh has faced the 19-year-old Chinese talent Xu Wen Jing twice and lost both times. The first meeting at the Korea Masters ended in a blowout 10-21, 10-21. The second, on home soil at the Vietnam Open, was a narrow loss 17-21, 20-22. Xu Wen Jing is a former world junior champion who recently won the Indonesia Masters Super 100 without dropping a game.
